Phone numbers collected for SMS notifications will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
04 · Platform and session data
The eyeProfit platform records and analyzes F&I sessions on behalf of our dealership clients. Session recordings, transcripts, and related analysis are processed under our service agreements with those clients, who control access to and retention of their data. Access within the platform is role-based, and retention periods are configurable by the client. Questions about a recording made at a dealership should be directed to that dealership.

We implement a variety of security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted transport and secure cloud storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
